• You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, including tracking details (where available).

3. SHIPPING RATES

• United Kingdom: Flat fee £4.99 per order. Free delivery on orders over £50.
• Europe: Flat fee £9.99 per order. Free delivery on orders over £80.
• International: Flat fee £14.99 per order. Free delivery on orders over £120.

4. DELIVERY ESTIMATES

• United Kingdom: 2–5 business days.
• Europe: 5–10 business days.
• International: 7–14 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs checks, local courier delays, or external factors beyond our control.

5. CUSTOMS & IMPORT TAXES

For orders outside the UK, local customs duties, VAT, or import taxes may apply. These charges are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the customer. Please check your local regulations before ordering.

7. FAILED DELIVERIES

If delivery is attempted but unsuccessful due to incorrect address details, absence of recipient, or refusal of the package:

• The parcel may be returned to us, and reshipping fees may apply.
• Refunds (if applicable) will exclude original shipping costs.
