1) What is UrbanBags?
UrbanBags is an online store dedicated to bags — backpacks, totes, duffles, crossbody and fanny packs. We focus on modern, practical designs for everyday carry.
2) Which payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept major cards:

  • Visa
  • Mastercard

Payments are processed over secure, encrypted connections. We don’t store full card numbers or CVV on our servers.

3) Do you offer international shipping?

Yes — we ship worldwide. Depending on your country, additional duties, taxes or import restrictions may apply. These charges aren’t included in our prices and are the recipient’s responsibility. Please check local regulations before ordering.

Tip: Marking returns as “Returned goods” (where permitted) may help reduce additional import charges on return parcels.

4) How much does delivery cost and how long does it take?
  • Flat shipping fee (worldwide): £9.99 per order
  • Free delivery (worldwide): on orders over £50.00 (after discounts)
  • Estimated timeframe: typically 3–14 business days (varies by destination and carrier). Tracking is provided where available.

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. External factors (customs, weather, carrier constraints) can affect timelines.

5) What is your return policy?

You can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery if they’re unused, in original condition, with tags and packaging intact. If you receive a faulty or damaged item, contact us and we’ll make it right.

How to return an item

  1. Email info@urbanbags.co.uk to request a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA). Include your order number and reason.
  2. Pack the item securely with all accessories and proof of purchase. Write the RMA inside the parcel.
  3. Send to the return address provided in our RMA email (facilities differ by destination).

Refunds: processed to the original payment method within 14 days after we receive and inspect your return.

6) Can I cancel an order?
You can request a cancellation within 14 days provided the order hasn’t been dispatched. Email info@urbanbags.co.uk as soon as possible with your order number. Approved cancellations are refunded within 14 days.
