RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

1. OVERVIEW

We want you to love your UrbanBags purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, you may be eligible to return your item under the terms below. This policy applies to all purchases made through urbanbags.co.uk.

2. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

• Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
• Products must be unused, in their original condition, and include all tags, packaging, and accessories.
• Sale or clearance items may not be eligible for returns unless faulty or damaged.
• Gift cards and digital products are non-returnable.

3. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of personal-use accessories that show signs of wear. We reserve the right to decline a return if it does not meet our conditions.

4. HOW TO START A RETURN

1. Email info@urbanbags.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
2. Wait for our team to issue a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) and return instructions.
3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include the RMA number inside the parcel.
4. Ship the parcel to the return address provided by our team. Please note that return addresses may vary depending on your location.

5. REFUNDS

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
• Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 14 days.
• Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the refund.

6. EXCHANGES

At this time, we do not offer direct product exchanges. If you wish to change your item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.

7. DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS

If your product arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at info@urbanbags.co.uk. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
